Drop plate experiments with different dilutions. (A) Drop plate experiments: Overnight-grown strains adjusted to 0.5 McFarland turbidity and serially diluted 10-fold. Drops of bacterial suspension were added to 6 LB agar plates with varying CAZ/AVI concentrations at marked positions.
